The dance package

The dance package binds you and your partner.
It is nominal and non-transferable.
It is refundable according to the refund policy here below.

Refund policy

Refunds will occur:

after 5 days of your payment if you change your mind
but only until January 31st included
if the event is canceled

No refunds are possible:

after 5 days of your payment
after January 31st

Right of Admission

As this party is invitation-only based, we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission as we deem fit.

Changes to the event

We may adjust elements of the event — such as the schedule, DJs, venue setup, or activities — if needed. We will always try to communicate changes quickly and clearly.

Data protection (GDPR)

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to manage your registration and communicate with you about the event.

Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except when legally required.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
